  • All custom orders, including 3D printed items, bobbleheads, and custom car accessories, have a processing time of 5-10 business days.
  • In-stock items typically ship within 2-3 business days.

Shipping Methods and Delivery Times:

  • We offer various shipping options at checkout, including standard, expedited, and overnight shipping.
  • Standard shipping usually takes 5-7 business days after processing.
  • Expedited shipping typically takes 2-3 business days, while overnight shipping guarantees next-day delivery after processing.

Shipping Rates:

  • Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on the selected shipping method and destination.
  • Free standard shipping is available for orders over $100 within the continental United States.

International Shipping:

  • We ship internationally to select countries. Delivery times and shipping rates vary by destination.
  • Please note that customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or fees incurred during international shipments.

Order Tracking:

  • Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information to monitor your shipment’s progress.

Returns Policy

  • At Cycle Legend LLC, customer satisfaction is our priority. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please review our returns policy below:

Eligibility for Returns:

  • Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery for most products.
  • Custom-made items, including 3D printed products, personalized bobbleheads, and bespoke car accessories, are non-refundable unless defective or damaged.

Return Process:

  1. Contact our customer service team at admin@cyclelegendusa.com with your order number and reason for return.
  2. We will provide a return authorization and instructions on how to return your item if approved.
  3. Pack the item securely in its original packaging and include the return authorization slip.
  4. Ship the return to the provided address.

Refunds:

  • Once we receive your return, we will inspect it and notify you of the status of your refund.
  • Approved refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days to the original payment method.
  • Shipping fees are non-refundable, and return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the return is due to our error.

Exchanges:
